A twitter feed is a source of free data that display how we and our competitors interact with stakeholders (customers, fans, etc…). Martin Hawksey may have created the best tool ever for analyzing and visualizing Twitter posts and conversations. His free TAGSExplorer software dynamically downloads twitter posts into a Google Docs spreadsheet provided a search term. You may analyze the data by yourself, or utilize Martin’s free tools. Check out the below video that demonstrates the type of analysis that can be done with these tools.
